Win VIP tickets to Taste of London Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. This Promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Miller Brands and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Great Britain only - purchase required.
3. Stage One Closing Date: 11:59pm on 31 May 2013.
4. Stage Two Closing Date: 11:59pm on 30 November 2013.
5. Entries will be entered into the draw which is live at the time of receipt of entry. Entries received after the Stage 2 Closing Date will not be entered into any draw.
6. To Enter:
   1. UK: Purchase a promotional bottle of 500ml Pilsner Urquell, retain your till receipt and enter unique code from neck collar either online or via SMS (see below).
      • UK residents only Text: Text ‘TASTE’ plus the unique code found on the inside of the promotional neck collar followed by your name to 78866.
   2. NI: For legal reasons, in addition to the above, residents of Northern Ireland only may enter via no purchase necessary route online only.
   3. ROI: Purchase not required. Enter online only.
      • Online: Visit www.pilsnerurquell.co.uk/taste and enter your personal details. If you are resident of Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, you will need to confirm your country of residence before you can enter without purchase.
7. Text entries charged at standard rate, typically 10p but may be part of package. Texts charged at standard rate and may be part of an inclusive text package. There is no charge to you for confirmation texts sent from us. Multiple text entries using the same unique code may still be charged but will not be eligible.
8. Unique codes may only be used once.
9. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made using methods such as macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
10. Prizes: There are two prizes, one for each stage of the promotion.
    1. Stage One: 1-night break in London for 2 people, Saturday 22 June 2013 including return economy train travel to London (if winner is from Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, prize includes pair of return economy class flights to London instead), 1 night’s accommodation at a 5* hotel double/twin room, breakfast included, walking tour of some of London’s food markets with £100 spending money on Saturday 22 June 2013, dinner at Michelin-starred restaurant and 2 x VIP tickets to Taste of London 2013 on Saturday 22 June. Transfers and travel whilst in London not included.
    2. Stage Two: 1-night break in London for 2 people, Saturday 21 June 2014 including return economy train travel to London (if winner is from Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland, prize includes pair of return economy class flights to London instead), 1 night’s accommodation at a 5* hotel double/ twin room, breakfast included, walking tour of some of London’s food markets with £100 spending money on Saturday 21 June 2014, dinner at Michelin-starred restaurant and 2 x VIP tickets to Taste of London 2014 on Saturday 21 June. Transfers and travel whilst in London not included. You and your guest will be responsible for travel insurance, travel in London and all other personal expenses. No cash alternative is available, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Both of the travellers must be 18 years of age or older. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
11. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. Proof of winners’ identity may be required. Failure to provide proof of identity may result in disqualification in the prize draw.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize if for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter the initial prize is no longer available.
14. All other costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to purchases during your experience (including without limitation food / drink purchases) travel expenses or anything else not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner and his / her guest and there will be no further payments by the Promoter.
15. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected in one of two random prize draws conducted under independent supervision and winners will be notified by telephone and email (via the phone number / email address used to enter) within 14 days of the relevant closing date of each stage of the promotion. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of initial notification, or does not respond to the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original. Where applicable, Promoter reserves the right to request submission of till receipt.
16. The name and counties of the winners will be available by sending a stamped SAE to Pilsner Urquell, Taste of London Draw, PO Box 6065, Bournemouth, BH1 9AY to arrive between 30 June 2013 and 31 December 2013.
17. Winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity relating to this promotion.
18. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the privacy policy at www.millerbrands.co.uk
19. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost or delayed as a result any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury as a result of participation in this promotion or prize or for any cancellation of the event that may result due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
21. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting any prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with the Prize Draw.
22. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
23. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The Promoter will be entitled to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances adversely affect the operation of the promotion beyond its reasonable control or foresight and will not be liable to anyone as a result.

Taste Pairing Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Open to managers and head chefs of Enterprise Inn outlets in UK, aged 18 or over, except employees of Miller Brands (UK) Limited and their immediate families, theiragents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Promotion Dates: Entrants must request their entry form between 00:01 on 18th March 2013 to 23:59 on 3rd May 2013 (“Promotion Period”), and must serve the dish for at least 7 consecutive days to conclude at the latest by 23:59 on 10 May 2013 (“Serving Deadline”).
3. To enter:  All participating outlets will receive an e-mail inviting them to participate in the promotion. Outlets must reply to this email (sent by sven.stewart@millerbrands.co.uk) before the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. All participating outlets will receive an entry form from Sven Stewart within 2working days before the end of the Promotion Period.  Upon receipt of an entry form, the manager of a participating outlet should:
   1. Create a unique dish (starter, main or dessert), that perfectly complements the taste profile of Pilsner Urquell;
   2. Add the dish to their menu or feature it on their specials board and sell it tocustomers with a pint of Pilsner Urquell or any soft drink for at least 7 days;
   3. Take a photo of the dish and attach it to the entry form.  Complete the entry form as directed, completing the sections relating to why you selected this dish and why the dish complements Pilsner Urquell.  Send the completed entry form to Sven before the Serving Deadline.  Your entry (photograph and entry form) will be judged in accordance with clause 5.
4. THE PRIZES
   1. Main Prize: The recipe judged to be the best (see 6 below) will win:
      1. 1 x trip to London on 20th June 2013 for two, including one night’s accommodation at a 4-star hotel (twin bed or separate rooms), with breakfast and two tickets to Taste of London on 20th June 2013, dinner for two at the Green Oyster Bar and Restaurant (Cornhill, London). Travel expenses not included. Both of the party must be 18 years of age or older; and
      2. The winning outlet will be featured in a Pilsner Urquell branded advertorial published in The Evening Standard at a time to be confirmed.  Dates to be confirmed. For further details on the prize see clause 9.
   2. Runner up Prizes: 2 x pairs of tickets to Taste of London on 20th June 2013, no transport accommodation or food included.

   No cash alternative is available, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable

5. Winner Determination - shortlist:  All entries submitted by the end of the Promotion Period will be judged by a panel of experts including at least one independent person not related to the Promoter or to any of the entries. Entries will be scored according to the following criteria: attractiveness of dish as demonstrated by photo; passion for the suggested dish demonstrated (100 words or fewer)i; validity of the reasons for selecting the dish as a complement to Pilsner Urquell (100 words or fewer).  ).
6. Winner Determination – panel:  The creators of the 3 entries that score the highest on the judging criteria as set out above will be shortlisted and contacted before 17 May 2013 to arrange a tasting session at their outlet to take place before 31 May 2013, at which a panel of judges (including at least one person independent of the promoter) will attend to make the final decision.  The 5 [PH1] highest-scoring entries will need to provide evidence of their selling their created dish for 7 consecutive days (to end not later than the Serving Deadline) within [5] [P62] days of notification of shortlisted status.  Failure to supply this will result in that shortlisted entry being disqualified.
7. Winner notification:  The winner and runners up will be contacted  3 June 2013 and all have 7 days to respond to initial notification confirming theywish to claim the prize, and failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that winner and the prize being awarded to the next-highest participant as determined in the same manner.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.  Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Further prize details:
   1. Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
   2. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided;
   3. If the winner is unable to use the prize as specified no compensation is payable;
   4. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
   5. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued;
   6. The winners are responsible for ensuring that they provide their own travel andthat they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance;
   7. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner;
   8. The Evening Standard Feature will include: name and address of outlet; image of outlet (including staff team shot (subject to age)); and short copy (approx. 50 words).
10. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The names of the winning outlet, head chef and manager together with the region and winning dish will be available on request by sending a stamped SAE to Pilsner Urquell Enterprise Inns, Taste Competition Winner List, PO Box 6065, Bournemouth, BH1 9AY to arrive between 1st July and 30th July 2013.
12. The name of the independent judge is available on request by sending a stamped SAE to Pilsner Urquell Enterprise Inns Taste Judge, PO Box 6065, Bournemouth, BH1 9AY to arrive between 1st July and 30th July 2013.
13. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, aside from featuring in the prize.
14. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
15. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
17. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services and the prize is subject to the prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
18. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
